By placing an order with AYIZM, you confirm that the information provided by you is complete and accurate. An order is considered received when it is successfully submitted through our website. AYIZM reserves the right to verify, accept, decline, or cancel an order where necessary, including in cases of incorrect information, pricing errors, unavailable stock, suspected misuse, or payment verification issues. Order confirmation does not automatically guarantee dispatch until the order has been reviewed and accepted.

Pricing & Availability

All product prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless stated otherwise. Prices, discounts, availability, delivery charges, promotional offers, and product details may be updated from time to time. If an obvious pricing or availability error is discovered after an order is placed, we may contact the customer before processing the order. Products are supplied subject to availability.

Where advance payment, delivery charges, transaction references, or payment proof are required, the customer must provide accurate payment information. Orders requiring payment verification may remain pending until payment has been successfully confirmed.

Delivery

Delivery estimates are provided as guidance and may vary depending on destination, courier operations, product availability, public holidays, weather, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. Customers should ensure that someone is available to receive the parcel at the provided address. Order tracking information may be provided when available.

Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, images, colors, specifications, and other information accurately. Actual colors or appearance may vary slightly because of lighting, photography, screen settings, manufacturing differences, or product updates. Minor variations that do not materially affect the intended use of a product may not be treated as defects.
